Dua tahun kebawah / dua tahun dan kebawah / bawah 2 tahun

Soalan aku ialah.. Dua tahun tu dikira camne? Adakah cuma hingga birthday yang kedua? Atau hingga sehari sebelum birthday dia yang ke tiga?

Teruna aku yang 2 tahun 1 bulan umurnya itu dah tak dikira dua tahun lagi ke? Dia belum 3 tahun pun.

The reason I asked these questions (sound stupid.. I know.. I know...) is because I want to book a flight (KL-Kuantan) on 16th April. Now.. as usual, I gave my details so on and so forth. I mentioned about my son

Dia : berapa orang Puan?
Aku : 2, saya ngan anak saya, umur dia 2 tahun (because I just have to pay 10% of applicable fare)
Dia : ok. .. 2 tahun genap ke?
Aku : *soklan menda nih* 2 tahun 1 bulan
Dia : oh. kalau camtu, puan kena bayar children fare RM xx
Aku : 1 bulan pun kira ke? bukan ke 2 tahun tu sampai sebelum harijadi dia yang ke 3?
Dia : tak puan, sampai birthday ke dua sahaja. Lepas tu kira children.
Aku : oh ok.
Dia : so puan, nak confirm?
Aku : takape, nanti saya confirm semula *letak tepon*

Took a flight about 2 months back. Paid only 10% of adult fare for my teruna. He sat on my lap of course. After 2 months I have to pay 50% plus tax for the same toddler...okay.. he'll get a seat but what for? hmphhhh I thought wrong the whole time thinking 2 years old is up till his 3rd birthday.

Just because of that simple term the airlines uses, I have to pay more. The power of words!

So what say you? Dua tahun kebawah tu nak start dari mana? habisnya di mana?
